A Legacy of Love
Western Grooming was born from a story of family, love, and resilience.
Our founder, Yorley Casanova, inherited a deep affection for animals from her grandfather, Luis Andrés Mora. One of his loyal companions, a dog named Orinoco, ignited Yorley's lifelong bond with pets. Later, the family's Western spirit took shape thanks to Yorley's father, Juan, a devoted fan of the classic series Bonanza. That frontier ethos—values of family, hard work, kindness, and freedom—inspired a name and an identity: Western Grooming.
Years went by until destiny brought Chiqui, a purebred Poodle found on the street, into Yorley's life. Despite efforts, her original family was never found, so Yorley adopted her. Chiqui lived more than a decade with us—joyful years that transformed how we saw grooming altogether. Not long after, Roma joined the family too. Chiqui and Roma grew up together, beloved and cherished.
A Mission Forged in Hardship
Life as immigrants brought both hope and hardship. When the family moved to the United States, Chiqui and Roma remained in Venezuela, lovingly cared for by Yorley's parents. Chiqui passed away first, and Roma a year later, in 2023. Their loss marked us deeply. It also gave us a mission: build a company that treats every pet with the tenderness and dignity they deserve—no cages, no stress, just loving care.
That is how Western Grooming began: a mobile pet spa built on compassion, patience, and respect. We bring the entire grooming experience to your doorstep so pets stay in a familiar environment, in a calm, one-on-one session. Our philosophy is simple and non-negotiable: Love on Wheels.
From Orlando, Kissimmee, and Davenport to communities across Central Florida, we're honored to serve families who see their pets as family, too. Every blueberry facial, de-shedding treatment, paw-pad hydration, or basic cosmetic teeth brushing isn't just a service—it's a promise: your pet will be cared for as if they were our own.

We envision Western-styled vans, consistent safety and quality standards, and franchise partners who believe what we believe: grooming is about well-being, trust, and joy—not just looks. As we grow, our roots won't change. We will remain the same family business inspired by Luis Andrés, by Chiqui and Roma, and by a legacy of love we carry forward—one home, one pet, one smile at a time.
