How do I join the Guild?
It's simple! Membership is available to all clients after their first visit. Just let us know you'd like to join during your next appointment, and we'll get you set up on the plan that works best for you.
How do the FREE services work?
It works the same on both plans: pay for 12 appointments and your 13th is on us. We keep count for you. On the Trail Boss Plan (every 2 weeks) that usually adds up to about 2 free services a year; on the Wrangler Plan (every 4 weeks), about 1. These are estimates: the free service is earned by appointments, not by calendar dates.
What about future perks?
We're always looking for new ways to reward our loyal members. As the Guild grows, we plan to introduce exclusive add-ons, members-only events, and early access to new services. Stay tuned!
How does the 'Night Watch Fee' apply to members?
Your membership discount is applied to the base service price first. Any applicable fees, such as the Night Watch Fee for after-hours appointments, are added to the discounted total.
What if I need to cancel a membership appointment?
We ask for 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to manage our routes effectively. Please see our full cancellation policy for details on late cancellations.
